TL;DR

It is an OCR wrapper that turns text snippets into flashcards so you can stop manually typing out your study notes.

Who is this actually for?

Med students, law students, or anyone buried in physical textbooks who wants to automate their Anki deck creation.

The Good

  • Eliminates the friction of manual data entry for active recall.
  • Probably does a decent job of turning messy highlights into structured Q&A pairs using an LLM.

The Catch (Potential Downsides)

OCR is never perfect, so you will likely spend a chunk of time fixing typos in your cards. There is also a high chance this is a thin wrapper that could be Sherlocked by a simple phone update or a browser extension.
